Data deletion

Under UK GDPR you can request erasure of personal data we hold about you where we no longer need it, you withdraw consent, or processing is unlawful — subject to legal exceptions (for example active contracts or accounting records).

How to request deletion: Email hello@boss-systemworks.com with subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address and name you used with us so we can locate your records.

We will confirm receipt within five working days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless an extension is required. We may ask for identity verification before deleting data tied to an active client account.

If you are a Boss Command Centre platform user, deletion may affect your ability to access services. We will explain the impact before proceeding.
