Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated. Monthly plans require the minimum commitment shown on our pricing page. Intellectual property in deliverables transfers as agreed in your statement of work; our frameworks, tools and pre-existing materials remain our property unless assigned in writing.

We aim to deliver on agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by third parties, incomplete client inputs or force majeure. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by English law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
